I guide women back to their body — because I know what it costs to override it.
I've lived through depression, anxiety, and years of freeze. I've hurt my body. I've given it away for love that wasn't love. I've stayed in codependency, in performance, in survival. I know the darkness from the inside.
And I know the way through — because I walked it. Fifteen years of deep work — kundalini, tantric and shamanic training, somatic embodiment, nervous system wisdom — but more than anything: a devotion to my own aliveness.
The voice of my inner critic? Gone. Not quieter. Gone. I didn't know that was possible either.
I now live from the trust that I am guided in this life. Fully.
